NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that due to the resignation of a Councillor, a vacancy has arisen in the Offie of Councillor for the Annesley Ward of Annesley & Felley Parish Council.

If by 15 April 2021(14 days after the date of this notice excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday, and Bank Holiday) a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Retuming Officer at the address below by TEN electors for the Annesley Ward of Annesley & Felley Parish Council, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, othewise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

As the parish is warded, the ten electors must all be from the Annesley ward of the parish council.

lf an election is called, it will take place within 60 days of the date given on the notice of vacancy.
